Wash And Groom
Our dog and cat Wash and Groom services include bathing and drying – either blow drying or towel drying (‘no dry’) for those a little scared of the noisy dryer, as well as a lavish brushing out of the cat or dog’s floofs.
Cut Or Trim
Our floof cut entails shaving/ styling/ cutting the dog/cat’s hair, while the pet hair trim option entails maintaining an existing cut by neatening out the ‘stray hairs’. Our dog and cat Show Cut is specifically for show dogs like Poodles and includes a number of different styling options.
Speciality Services
We offer pet nail cuts (including filing for the doggos), dog ear cleaning (using Ricky Litchfield’s Ear Smart), dog ear plucking (removing excess hair from the ear canal) and pet deshedding to remove excess undercoat from cats and dogs.

Meet Courtney, who joined The Pet Stop grooming team in August 2025, bringing with her professional grooming experience that began in 2022. With a genuine love for animals and a calm, patient nature, she is dedicated to creating a positive grooming experience for every pet in her care.
Courtney is known for her gentle, pet-focused approach. She believes grooming should always be handled with kindness, respect, and understanding — especially for pets who may feel nervous or unsure. Creating a calm, low-stress environment is a priority, and she works at each pet’s pace to ensure they feel safe and comfortable throughout their visit.
She has a special interest in grooming cats and small dogs, particularly those who require a softer touch. By carefully reading each pet’s body language and adjusting her handling to suit their individual personality, Courtney ensures that no grooming experience is ever “one size fits all.”
Whether your pet is visiting for a wash and dry, a tidy-up, or a full groom, Courtney focuses on comfort and wellbeing first. Her goal is for every pet to leave the parlour feeling clean, relaxed, and cared for — and for every owner to feel confident knowing their furry family member was treated with genuine compassion and professionalism.
